Quaestor External Transactions allows for a single node to perform cross-transactions between two separate currencies and/or over separate (authorised) banks using pre-determined exchange rates.
This particular extension works through the Quaestor CCI, which, for the public node, you will need access to.
As an extension, this service cannot operate by itself and requires a supported Princeps application to attach to. This extension is only applicable to Financial Transaction Managers, and support is not necessarily guaranteed if not explicitly mentioned. Please feel free to get in contact with Hartsec to verify if this extension is compatible with a particular Financial Transaction Manager.
